The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) accused the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of using its power to control the Delhi Police and harass its workers.

Arvind Kejriwal tweeted “Delhi mein chunaav karane ki maang ko lekar 3 aug ko jantar mantar par rally”. AAP vol were putting up these posters. Police found these posters ‘objectionable’ and arrested four AAP volunteers. BJP nervous and misusing police.?”

AAP leader Sanjay Singh said “The police are harassing our party workers for pasting posters on walls. They claim we are defacing the national Capital. But you take a walk across the city and one can see posters of Narendra Modi, Amit Shah and BJP everywhere. So why is the BJP only targeting the Aam Aadmi Party.?”
