Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal visited the protesters from the Haryana village of Bhagana, where four teenage girls were brutally raped in March. The victims and their families have been protesting at Jantar Mantar for justice since last two months.

Yogendra Yadav and Arvind Kejriwal met the Bhagana rape victims and their families yesterday at Jantar Mantar and assured of all possible support to help the victims get justice.

Arvind Kejriwal said, “No action has been taken against the village head even after an FIR was registered. The government has turned a deaf ear to them and is not taking any step against the guilty. Authorities should immediately arrest the culprits and hand over the case to CBI.”

Meanwhile, Arvind Kejriwal will connect with ‘Aam Aadmi’ on Google Hangout (Sun 8.30 pm IST, June 29). The people will get an opportunity to submit their questions and get responses from Kejriwal during the Hangout.
