The Aam Aadmi Party has decided to conduct a nationwide mass enrollment campaign to invite people to join the party. The ‘Mein Bhi Aam Aadmi’ drive will start from January 10 and continue till January 26. “No fee will be involved for the membership,” Yogendra Yadav said.

The party has also announced that it will field candidates from all 7 Lok Sabha seats in Delhi, and all the 10 Lok Sabha seats in Haryana.

Yadav said that the party has decided to contest on maximum number of seats in at least 15-20 states in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, but we will not contest from all 545 seats. He further said a three-member national campaign co-ordination committee will look into manifesto, fund raising and polls-related tasks, and the committee will be headed by party leaders Sanjay Singh, Yogendra Yadav and AAP national secretary Pankaj Gupta.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal yesterday said there would be no compromise on corruption. “It has just been eight days, give us some time. We will not spare anyone who is corrupt. I will put my life at stake, but will not compromise on corruption. Whether it is Sheila Dikshit or any other minister, leaders of the Congress, BJP or my own party (members), nobody will be spared,” Kejriwal said.
