Aam Aadmi Party to contest all the 80 Lok Sabha seats from Uttar Pradesh

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) will contest all the 80 Lok Sabha seats from Uttar Pradesh. The party can announce the name of the probable candidates for the general elections by Feb 15 and all candidates wish to contest Lok Sabha polls can apply by January 15.

The AAP will field candidates against Congress president and UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi, Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Mulayam Singh Yadav and Bharatiya Janata Party chief Rajnath Singh.

The Aam Aadmi Party will organize a grand rally in Amethi on January 12. AAP leader Kumar Vishwas will contest the general elections against Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi from his constituency in Amethi in Uttar Pradesh.

Meanwhile, the Aam Aadmi Party announced on its Facebook that all abandoned buses in Delhi are being modified into night shelters. These buses will be provided with blankets and basic amenities so that the homeless can at the least sleep properly
