It seems that Delhi will be heading for fresh assembly elections within next six months with all three major parties — BJP, Aam Aadmi Party and Congress — ready for fresh elections to get a clear mandate from the voters of Delhi.

Aam Aadmi Party Chief Arvind Kejriwal earlier statement said “There are almost no chances of government formation in Delhi. The chances of coming to power are “negligible” in the current situation. We will call for fresh elections.”

Chief spokesperson of Delhi Congress Mukesh Sharma said “There is no question of extending support to AAP to form a government again. Arvind Kejriwal had deserted people of Delhi by resorting to theatrics. He had gone to the Supreme Court seeking dissolution of the House. We will not support the party again. We will prefer fresh election in the capital than supporting the Aam Aadmi Party again to form a government.”

Former Delhi BJP president Vijender Gupta said “BJP is ready for fresh elections. The party has already started preparations for it. There is no possibility of government formation by any party and in such a situation, elections are the only option.”

Meanwhile, Bhagwant Mann has requested friends to give suggestions on whether he should take security guards for him as well as his family. He further said that Sangrur SSP called and offered him to talk to Arvind Kejriwal so that they would provide the gunmen.

Bhagwant Mann wrote on facebook page: “Dosto ik swaal mere dil ch & tuhsde dil ch v hovega…what about my security ….mai kise to darda nahi par 99% lok phone karke mainu keh rahe ne k ..tusi apni te apni family di secuurty laee kuchh socho…..SSP sangrur v mainu keh rahe ne ke kejriwal sahab nal gal kar lavo ..speical permission lai lavo……asi tuhanu gunman dena chahunde han..,,,plzzz advice me…what should i do ..”
