Arvind Kejriwal rejected Prashant Bhusan suggestion

Delhi Assembly is still unclear as neither BJP nor AAP are in mood to form government in the capital. AAP and BJP are ready for re-elections. Though Prashant Bhushan suggested that the AAP could provide issue-based support to the BJP, Mr. Kejriwal rejected Prashant Bhushan’s suggestion.

Arvind Kejriwal said AAP does not have the mandate to form the government and will serve in the opposition. Arvind Kejriwal tweeted “There

is no question of supporting BJP. What prashant said yesterday was his personal opinion.”
Prashant Bhusan clarified his statement. “We cannot support or take support from the Congress and BJP. My comment was in a rhetorical context … if in case the two parties also follow the AAP policies and ideologies,” he said.

Arvind Kejriwal advised BJP and Congress to join hands to form government in Delhi. “Let the BJP and Congress join hands… Both indulge in corruption. The BJP is the single largest party. Let them join hands with the Congress and form a government,” Kejriwal said.

AAP and BJP are reluctant to form a government. Delhi may be under President’s Rule for six months before a re-election that may possibly take place along with the 2014 general elections. Dr. Harsh Vardhan told the newly-elected party MLAs to get ready for fresh elections. Mr Kejriwal says the AAP is ready to fight another election, but won’t support either the Congress or BJP as both are corrupt and aligning with either would be betrayal to people of Delhi.
