He also urged volunteers to get ready for campaign ahead of fresh Assembly elections in Delhi.

Though the party did not win any seat in Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal said the party vote share has increased from 29% in Assembly elections in December 2013 to 34 % in Lok Sabha Elections.

Kejriwal also asked the volunteers to apologize to the people of Delhi on behalf of him for resigning mid-way. He further told volunteers to tell the people of Delhi that we quit on the basis of morality and principles, and to convince them to give Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) one more chance.

Meanwhile, Former Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal won accolades from officials of Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) and Delhi Metro Rail corporation (DMRC) on the planned extension of metrolink to Ghaziabad.
