Delhi is heading towards hung assembly with BJP projected to get only 25 out of a total of 70 seats, the ruling Congress coming second with 24 seats, and Aam Aadmi Party projected to get 18 seats, while survey projects two seats for BSP and one for Others in Delhi.

The second C-Voter survey, conducted six weeks after the initial poll, has predicted a 7 percent rise in its vote share, from 20 percent (September survey) to 27 percent (November survey).

The opinion pre-poll said that 34 per cent of the respondents preferred Kejriwal as the chief minister, while 31 per cent preferred incumbent Sheila Dikshit, and 27 per cent were for the Harsh Vardhan.

The main issues for the polls are inflation, corruption, anti-incumbency, and onion prices, and these issues can help nascent Aam Aadmi Party to increase its votebank.

AAP emerged as the biggest gainer with 18 seats, as compared to an earlier poll two months back that predicted 7 for the party.
